During 2019, The Music Pool (Herefordshire's community music charity) transferred to become part of the Encore family. All previous Music Pool projects are now delivered by Encore. The Music Pool is registered as a legal Subsidiary of Encore.

The Music Pool as a charity continues to raise vital funds for music projects in our community. It commissions and gives grants to Encore to deliver most of these.​
