It was with regret that we at ENCORE had to announce earlier this year that this year’s HPA Fest could no longer take place. In spite of the efforts by the whole HPA Fest Team, involving movement of festival dates, changes to fit in with National Guidelines and also moving the festival online, we regrettably had to come to this decision. After such a positive start to HPA Fest last March, we are extremely sad to not be moving forward with the planned festival which included many new and exciting events across the week.
However, we as a team are determined to mark the HPA Fest this year, and with support from some wonderful performers who enter HPA Fest, the coordinators, the adjudicators, the stewards and the many volunteers, we have been able to compile a wonderful taster of what has happened, and what is yet to come at HPA Fest 2022. The HPA Fest committee have already started work on the planning and the preparation for HPA Fest 2022, which promises to bring much needed enjoyment of the performing arts across Herefordshire once again.
