How do I arrange lessons?
Many children and young people learn an instrument in school. Instrumental music teachers travel from school to school teaching their instrument. Your school's Head of Music or Music Coordinator will decide which instruments can be taught in school and arrange for the teachers to visit. So if you want to learn an instrument, then please speak to your school's music teacher or ask your parents/carers to contact them.
Your parents/carers will have to pay for the instrument teacher's time. Some schools provide help with these costs.
You may also have a lesson outside of school, but we do not offer this service.
If you or your parents/carers have contacted a school and are having problems setting up lessons, then we might be able help.
