Encore Enterprises is a not for profit Community Interest Company which runs Herefordshire Music Service and is the Lead Organisation of the Herefordshire Music Education Hub. As part of an exciting development, the work of The Music Pool charity will soon be transferring to Encore. This will increase the work of the organisation by around 25% to incorporate Early Years and Adult services.
If you want an interesting, flexible and varied Business Support role, then our new post of Business Support Assistant is just the one for you! You will provide support to our managers administratively and practically. This would be everything from supporting meetings through to administering and attending our Saturday morning music centre. We would also like you to run our social media for us! Whilst it is mostly office based, you will have day to day direct contact with the public. Whilst the post is an ‘assistant,’ there will be plenty of opportunity for you to develop and share your own ideas.

The post is offered on 26 hours per week all year round (FTE £17,364 – £18,795pa, pro rata. £9.00-£9.74ph). There may be some flexibility with the contract (please see application pack). This is a permanent position.
