Fairfield High School - Teacher of Music

Music Teacher 0.2 MPR/UPR

Required for 1st September 2023

We are looking for a talented and positive teacher with a passion for their subject, who has an absolute belief in the limitless potential of young people. They should demonstrate excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills and will be able to work as part of the very successful Expressive Arts Faculty team.

This post is for a teacher of Music for one day a week to work closely with an existing part time teacher to ensure continuity for students across the week. Students enjoy all aspects of Music at Fairfield and are enthusiastic and engaged both in lessons and in after school activities. You will have the opportunity to work across the 11-16 age and ability range enabling all our young people to achieve their personal best. All students have a weekly music lesson in KS3; many then choose to continue with Music into KS4.
