A junior string ensemble for violins, violas and cellos
Standard required to join: Grade 2 - 3
Conductor/Tutor: Hazel Davis and Carol Lewis-Merritt
Rehearsal venue: Saturday Morning Music Centre, Hereford Sixth Form College,
Folly Lane, Hereford, HR1 1LU
Rehearsal time: 9:30am to 11:50am

Autumn 2019 session
Rehearsals: 14th Sept, 28th Sept, 12th Oct, 19th Oct, 9th Nov, 16th Nov, 23rd Nov
Concert: Tuesday 26th Nov 2019, 7:00pm at The Shirehall, Hereford, HR1 2HX
Pre-concert rehearsal on the day of the concert at the Shirehall, arrive at 5:00pm to rehearse from 5:10pm to 5:30pm
Spring 2020 session
Rehearsals: 11th Jan, 25th Jan, 1st Feb, 29th Feb, 14th March, 28th March, 25th April, 2nd May
Concert: Wednesday 6th May 2020, 7:00pm at The Courtyard, Hereford
Pre-concert rehearsal on the day of the concert at the Courtyard, arrive at 5:00pm to rehearse from 5:10pm to 5:30pm
Members of Junior Strings can also join the Youth Choir which rehearses from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. More information about the Youth Choir can be found here.
There is no extra charge for joining another ensemble.
