You will be aware that as part of the changes with The Music Pool, Encore has recently advertised and interviewed for two new positions. Following two days of interviewing last week, I am delighted to confirm that:
Andi Licqurish has been appointed as Assistant Manager. Andi will take over the management of HYM (Herefordshire Youth Music), HARP and other associated projects. He will also take on responsibility for managing the current Music Pool adult services projects. Many of you will know Andi as one of our HYM Tutors and Accredited Teachers.
Lisa Lyness has been appointed as Business Support Assistant. Lisa will take over Eva’s HYM administrative responsibilities and will also support Roger with his schools and music education hub work. Lisa is a former HYM parent and currently works with nursery aged children. Lisa is a music graduate and cellist so she has a good understanding of music too!
Andi and Lisa start on 1st September, but will be in for the odd meeting or two during the summer. As with all of the transition process there will be a period of time where things cross-over. Therefore, please still continue to liaise with and point parents in the direction of Eva well into September!
