Are you interested in working with children, young people and adults? Encore is a music arts and wellbeing charity based in Herefordshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic hard working individual to join our friendly team.


Youth Music & HPA Fest Leader

Salary £26,511.31 – £31,017.91 (depending on experience)

37 Hours Full - Time (flexible)


This post is an all-year-round post; consideration can be given between term time or term time plus 3 weeks if preferred. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, in particular working some Saturday mornings and weekends. The office base is in Hereford; and you will need to have the ability to travel throughout the county.


The post is to lead, coordinate and support all aspects of the organisations’ out of school music and arts work. It leads and coordinates the delivery and development of Encore Youth Music, including county level ensembles. You will also have the opportunity to develop, lead and support other Encore concerts, events and projects. In addition, the post holder will lead and support the Herefordshire Performing Arts Festival.
