Top Tips For a Successful HPA FEST Experience!

Please check your Class, Time and Venue again and make a note in your diary. If you are in any doubt, get in touch.

Any clashes or omissions need to be flagged here at the office – get in touch and we will make notes for the adjudicator and coordinator to accommodate swift entrances/exits!

Please arrive in good time for your class. Be prepared to stay for the adjudication – this could be as long as an hour in some cases. Check the programme or get in touch with any queries.

DON’T FORGET to bring a copy of your music or poem/drama piece for the adjudicator!

There will not be a Festival accompanist on the day so please bring your own accompanist. Get in touch if you need assistance with this.

If you haven’t already, please advise us if you will need to play any backing tracks on USB sticks or CDs.

Speech and Drama classes – for all entrants in solo and shared poems. Please note, in solo poems, actions are not encouraged, however some actions are allowed in shared poems.

Get in touch with any questions and we look forward to seeing you soon!
