Once you have completed the form, someone will be in touch with you to discuss further details including making arrangements to collect the instrument.

Subject to availability, instruments will usually be ready to collect 2 working days after submission of this form however during certain periods (e.g. at the start of the new academic year in September) of the year, it may take longer.
